
Open a letter size document.

Set the guides to vertical of 1/2, 3, 5 1/2, and 8. For Horizontal the top and bottom should be 1/2" and the sides 1/4". Lock the guides.

Using the Ellipse tool create a circle starting at the upper right corner.
Make a custom gradient.

Duplicate and reduce the size of the first circle and drop it into it' own layer. Lock the original circle layer.

Using the Type on a Path tool create the text and then, use the Rotate tool to adjust the positioning.

For the centre choose the symbols from symbols palette..

Go to Collect in New Layer to duplicate a single layer.

Duplicate the original layer by selecting that option.
Click on the little button to select all the items in that layer. Then use the Shift key and the Selection tool to move the item to a new square.

Now you should have standard size Avery labels that will print correctly.
